Course Objective

With the CSI BD - Hadoop certification program, you can demonstrate your big data expertise and gain recognition for one of the most sought after skills in technology today

CSI Certified Big Data Professional – I

This certification exam measures and validates the technical knowledge, skills and abilities required to implement Big data solutions using Hadoop Ecosystem. This exam covers HDFS architecture, map reduce models and various ecosystem of Hadoop like pig, hive etc.

Exam Format and Fees

Number of Questions: 60 - 80

Time Limit: 120 minutes

Pass/Fail : 60%

Those who will not clear the exam will get CSI Participation Certificate.


  • A minimum of one year of programming or administrative experience
  • Background in Linux/Unix OS and CLI experience
